Real change, deep abiding change, is possible. And to achieve real transformation we must commit to making it happen. First of all we must sincerely, in our deepest heart, want to transform and become something new.

If we are really ready for change, this comes easily. If we are only sort of ready for change, there will be more to work through before we get there.

The programs we offer guide the process of transformation on a deep level. We use hypnosis, nutrition, supplements, (and in the future, acupuncture) to create new patterns of wellness and healthy stress response.

Each program we offer is tailored specifically to individual needs. Basic programs begin with a good fit consultation, to see what kind of set up would best serve you. Programs range from 3 visits at once per week to 1 check in per week on an ongoing basis. It depends on how much guidance is needed and desired.

In-Depth Health Evaluation

Get to the root of the issue. We ask a ton of questions about your whole life because your whole life matters! We evaluate all of your symptoms, concerns, goals, and aspirations. This helps us create your plan. Our in-depth health analysis can uncover hidden barriers to healing and create personalized plans for removing these blocks.

Personalized Transformation Plan

The plans are created based on your needs. These plans do require regular sessions and can include hypnosis, nutrition, supplements, herbs, diet and lifestyle recommendations, journaling, meditations and many other tools to bring transformation to your life. These programs are a full commitment to support the whole body/mind/spirit in healing process.

Nutrition Included

Discover nutrition - individualized to your body’s specific needs - to support stress relief, relaxation, and the body’s innate healing response. Work on a deeper level to optimize your diet and supplements over time with regular visits or check-ins. Make transformational health improvements to release anxiety, empower wellness, and supercharge vitality while working one on one with a practitioner over multiple sessions with supportive feedback, supplement management, and dietary recommendations.

Hypno Included

Personalized guided meditation and hypnosis with distance energy medicine. Calm, relax, and reset anxiety and support the body’s natural healing abilities. Deal with current events and delve into deep work focused on rooting out core limiting beliefs and reprogramming automatic stress responses with transformation programs. Multiple session allow deep exploration and time to integrate lessons between visits.

Anxiety Reset

Boot camp for your anxiety. This program takes an intensive 30 day approach to help re-wire and re-set your automatic stress response, gut-brain connection, and outlook on the world. Combining hypnosis, nutrition, diet and lifestyle coaching - watch your stress handling soar as your anxiety symptoms dwindle and release. This program requires a full commitment to transformation. Therefor a screening consultation and application are required for admittance into the program. Apply all who aspire!

 

Whole Health Reboot

This is an all inclusive integrative program designed for those who need deep healing. Whole Health Reboot takes a long view approach to regaining a healthy body and mindset. It is perfect for those experiencing chronic illness, pain, or mood related issues. Individually designed programs range from 90 to 180 days and beyond. Nutrition and supplements, diet and lifestyle coaching, hypnosis, traditional Chinese medicine combine to bring true change and symptom relief to chronic conditions.

 Week by Week Transformation Program

A program designed for the busy bee. The first session is a 40 min discovery chat to access diet needs, health challenges, and establish wellness goals. After the initial visit, use a food journal in the Healthie App to track foods, movement, and symptoms and get feedback from your practitioner. Following sessions are 15 min accountability sessions, one each week. Learn week by week which patterns can be shifted to create more vitality and health. Learn about your body’s specific needs to help you reach your goals.
