How it WORKS:
These integrative approaches are used to complement ongoing medical interventions as well as support those who seek an alternative healing path.
All hearts healing strives to provide resources to people of all identities and abilities. The tools provided in our sessions may or may not be a good fit for you. This will depend on your individual needs and goals.
One-on-ones via tele-health are designed specifically to meet current needs and keep goals on track toward a healthier mind, body, and spirit. After booking you’ll fill out a questionnaire designed to help us guide your session.
Relief sessions focus on symptom relief and immediate needs. Transformational programs are a series of sessions designed for the individual to reach real change in the state of their health and mental well-being for the long term.
Most people find their lives significantly changed when committing to these programs. Depending on your needs you may be a good candidate for hypnosis, nutrition, guided journeys, health coaching, or all of these combined. These programs require an investment in the self- including the desire to change for the better. Therefore, we do not accept people into our transformational programs if we believe they will not benefit from the services. How it WORKS for Anxiety:
Tele-health hypno, wellness, and nutrition services are a transformational experience. Sessions are one on one via phone or video on the Healthie platform/app. During a session we use hypnosis, guided meditation, and/or nutrition and diet guidance to help reduce anxiety symptoms. Hypnosis and guided meditation relieve anxiety by relaxing, resetting, and reprogramming automatic emotional and physical responses to stress. Nutrition relieves anxiety by supporting the body’s relaxation response and reducing inflammation in the nervous system through diet, herbs, and supplements.
Safe Space
We believe that people should be decent to one another. We also believe that all people deserve some basic rights and freedoms. One of these is to feel safe. We strive to make this resource a safe space for all people. We welcome all beings and all identities and abilities.
We work from a consent based model in all of our interactions and recorded content. Because our world is changing and evolving there are always opportunities for all of us to improve.
